It's now being reported that Mesa Arizona has dropped to 15 of the top 100 cities in the nation for foreclosures. While this sounds bad, realizing that we were 2nd is an encouragement.
It's important to realize that these foreclosures mean great opportunity to buy a house in Arizona, or buy an investment property in Arizona.
